The Best job in the world is to follow what your heart wants because someday we will be doing that definitely so it isn't good to start early.

Writing this blog message to help find what to look for in profession.

If need to choose in professional life which is important i.e Money or Career or both. Out of all these the most important thing is BEING GOOD. Whatever and wherever you are be a good one. :-)
In Life experience Money is like a dog it keeps following provided life lived good and passionate about profession and continuous improvement.

Earning more money and traveling aboard to work or getting citizenship in other countries do not matter. 

In bare reality money is immaterial (Having more money  makes no difference).

The best gift in this world are very cheap and free like Happiness, fresh air, Family, good friends etc...  Whatever and wherever you are be a good one. :-)

Change Begins with Choice -

Any day we wish, we can discipline ourselves to change it all. Any day we wish, we can open the book that will open our mind to new knowledge. Any day we wish, we can start a new activity. Any day we wish, we can start the process of life change. We can do it immediately, or next week, or next month, or next year.
We can also do nothing. We can pretend rather than perform. And if the idea of having to change ourselves makes us uncomfortable, we can remain as we are. We can choose rest over labor, entertainment over education, delusion over truth, and doubt over confidence. The choices are ours to make. But while we curse the effect, we continue to nourish the cause. As Shakespeare uniquely observed, “The fault is not in the stars, but in ourselves.” We created our circumstances by our past choices. We have both the ability and the responsibility to make better choices beginning today. Those who are in search of the good life do not need more answers or more time to think things over to reach better conclusions. They need the truth. They need the whole truth. And they need nothing but the truth.
We cannot allow our errors in judgment, repeated every day, to lead us down the wrong path. We must keep coming back to those basics that make the biggest difference in how our life works out. And then we must make the very choices that will bring life, happiness and joy into our daily lives. And if I may be so bold to offer my last piece of advice for someone seeking and needing to make changes in their life: If you don’t like how things are, change it! You’re not a tree. You have the ability to totally transform every area in your life. And it all begins with your very own power of choice.

Successful Talent Acquisition is an ART - agreed? NO!

...=> Mind mapping (MM) is a thought process, with the end result already achieved in the mind which determines the measurement of  success in logical sense. In emotional sense it varies based on your previous experiences.

Mind mapping is a predetermined thought process based on the past life existence and experiences. Existence means, the history of past experiences flown in due to birth. Mind mapping alters as and when encountering greater life existence and experience.

In simple terms, all that I do and want to do is already designed and can be determined by a force called WILL POWER. 

WILL POWER, the inner nuclear weapon can build or destroy each of my past life existence and experiences. YES, every one of us has this equally and this camouflaged in luck at times.

Luck stands apart from all of these as it is just happening if one likes it not.

The answer why some achieve greater success and others less having same resources because of Mind mapping and Will power. Always success depends internal which starts again from the beginning ... =>

What HR NOT?

This is a question of rare type. To spell the beans what is NOT HR is to have NO freedom of speech. 

Is it always HR to be deep rooted in diplomacy? Is diplomacy a good practice? Keeping no one accountable for the WRONG they have done or partial truth is diplomacy? Who has given the authority to define wrong rather; what is wrong in true sense? Anything that is hatred or hurtful to others is considered as wrong? Does the intensity of wrong will not be measured if the out come benefits the poor. What is wrong to me may not be wrong to you.

To define wrong one has to learn how to discern  between what is good and evil. So, what is good? What is evil? :-)(

WRONG EVIL GOOD TRUTH are so-called. I know deep down what they look like and are subjective to my past. On the contrary if you know the TRUTH you know what is wrong, good and evil. 

Difference between GOOD and TRUTH. Is partial truth is good and full good is truth?
Difference between WRONG and EVIL. Is part of evil is wrong and full wrong is evil?

The problem starts when we measure the out come of the problem and treat people on our perception.
Problem is a problem and it should be treated at that.

What is TRUTH? Truth is only past and present.TRUTH IS ALWAYS THE REALITY and the reality can only be of the past and present. One can be very sure of the reality of the past and present. If one try predicting the truth in future that paves way for LIE.

We all agree that business has a vital role to play in our national and global wealth and well being.  We uphold that education is the liberating force to put an end to social problems then without much discussion the responsibility falls on to the corporate since corporate world is a sole intellectual area.  Thus, it becomes obligatory that the corporate and the government sectors which hold the highest number of educated men and women employed should fight against social problems and injustice.  It is then we could really cherish the political and economical freedoms towards leading our nation to a more inclusive growth.

Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), the very term falls on some ears with the dull and ominous thud, of another burden on business and another a book of forms to be filled. Corporate Social Responsibility is fundamentally about good business which builds long time sustainable success. What is significant about Corporate Social Responsibility is that the most powerful global corporations now embrace it as a core business principal.

The fast growing importance of Corporate Social Responsibility clearly faces challenges from companies, government and activists in how to respond to the development of corporate social responsibility. When companies carry out such activities the general public eye it with huge suspicion of its role and what it really means. Much of it is deemed to be driven by the Personal Relation needs of the Business. Often the companies tried to cover too much in this CSR activity. That is to say that the quality not the quantity of the social activity matters. There is no one clear agreed statement on what CSR is and how it can be measured.  Lack of legislation and litigation connected to why and how CSR should be practiced, are also need to be addressed. In Present scenario the biggest challenge that exists is the ability to reconcile the profit motives with fulfilling social obligations. The advantages of CSR are as follows.

·Reputation protection: Protecting the company’s reputation will protect the sales, share, price and profits.

·CSR shows a clear connection between responsible business practice and a positive impact on the bottom line because it helps to attract, motivate and retain a talented and diverse work force.
This paper focuses to attempt on analyzing the Expectation of Slum Dwellers’ from Corporate in Tynampet, Chennai, India.
